Ghostly Black Dog Experience

I’ve been interested in Black Dog sightings ever since having my own rather scary experience. I looked on the web and found an astonishing site where the author follows phantom Black Dog folklore. Check it out here: http://www.indigogroup.co.uk/edge/bdogfl.htm

Anyway, I emailed my own experience to Bob and here is a copy of it so you can read about my experience.

The year was 1998. It was very early morning and I was visiting a lovely old California mission. Alone, I had wandered out to a huge field out back where were orchards, and the stations of the cross – quite far from any of the mission buildings. But the air was cool and fresh, and I was enjoying the lonely serenity. I had just started walking the stations of the cross when I saw this beautiful black raven on a low-hanging branch, about ten feet in front of me. The raven made a loud call and I stopped to look at him. He seemed to be looking at me, and I was fascinated.

Then I noticed movement to the right, just off the path. About ten feet down from the large bird, was a huge, black black black, scruffy dog - the size of a Saint Bernard. The dog had a (and I hate to say this about a dog because I’m an ardent dog lover) malevolent, other-world energy about him. He didn’t appear to even notice I was there and though I was truly grateful, I was confused as to why not. The dog seemed to be out of it, or on a different dimension. Like he couldn’t see me? He simply sniffed around in some bushes and weeds at the side of my path.

So here we are, me, a Raven, and a huge strange-acting black dog. No one around to hear me scream should I need help. And seriously folks, I had a strong hunch that if he did see me, I would be history. I was pretty sure about that.

Then I heard a voice in my head – presumably from the raven – saying, “Stand still and follow my directions.”

I thought back, “ok.”

The raven “said” in my head, “When I tell you to go, go. Don’t turn around, Don’t run. Just turn and walk away.”

I thought back, “Ok.”

A moment later the Raven cawed loudly, while at the same exact moment another dog barked in the background. The black dog turned towards the bark and stumbled off in what was the opposite direction that I was to go in. When the raven cawed it was like, “go!” - understand all this was happening at the same time, the caw, the bark, the dog turning, me hearing “go!” - and I immediately turned around, walked quickly towards the buildings, totally expecting to hear sounds of black dog chasing me, but happily, didn’t.

When I got a safe distance I turned to see where the dog had gone but he’d disappeared. It was baffling because the direction he’d gone was grassy field for quite a ways and I should’ve seen some hint of him.

Anyway, I went to my car and left. Happy to be alive, because I’m pretty sure if that dog had seen me…That’s my experience.

There’s something about growing up with someone - even if you never met them – that makes you feel they are a huge part of your life.

Michael, your music has been an evocative soundtrack to my childhood, teen years, fluctuating hormones, young adulthood, love, lust, energy, night of the soul, dance, romance, passion, dreams, goals, sparkle. Everything powerful, magical, and energetic in my life.

Your music and dance has always given me great experience - even though now I feel devastated - hearing your music and watching you dance still gives me great experience.

Thanks Michael. You are a magnificent force that shall always be. I light a candle for you, beloved. God bless your soul.

Did Biden Predict N. Korea Missile Launch at Hawaii?

Was Biden referring to N. Korea?

Remember at election time when Joe Biden made the following statement at a Seattle fundraiser, “Mark my words. It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. Remember I said it standing here, if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re going to have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.”

Well, as I understand it, N. Korea has a missile pointed at Hawaii and is threatening to launch it July 4th. That would definitely be within the 6 month time range Biden predicted. Something to think about.

If I were living in Hawaii I would take a vacation to the mainland. However, it’s my understanding that the entire coast is also considered a potential target.

American Idol Mansion Haunted

Apparently, the American Idol mansion is haunted! Contestant Allison reports hearing growling sounds in her bedroom – and no it isn’t Simon. In general the other contestants have reported middle of the night bangs that wake up the whole house, and some have even glimpsed white shadows roaming to and fro. They have named the ghost, Phyllis.

I just got back from the DMV. I was sweating the vision test part because, even though I can see as well as the next guy who never had Lasix surgery, I am pretty near sighted, and well, you know how that is. I was imagining all sorts of ridiculous tests and procedures - such as…well, nevermind. I’m not going to give the DMV people any ideas in case one of you is reading this.

Anyway I passed with flying colors – it was way easy. Funny how we stress ourselves out over the bad things we make up in our heads. And believe me, I was stressed. I love driving – and like many of us, would be at a severe loss without that privilege.

I got to the office and started thinking about a strange experience I had a couple of days ago. I happen to believe in the power of animal totems. An animal totem is rather like an animal guide. The guide can be a real animal or the spirit of an animal. They come to you symbolically – sometimes for a few minutes to deliver a message, sometimes for a few years to teach a life lesson. And everything in between.

I’ll give you an example. One of my guides is the Raven. One day, after having lost my dad, and being very depressed, I came upon a beautiful Raven “beaking” at something at the top of a phone pole. I felt obliged to stop and observe. He dropped that thing which he’d been eating. I was across the street, but I heard a voice in my head say, “This is for you.”

I walked over, and looked. It was a quarter-sized piece of dry bread. I looked up. “Thanks. Do you want me to eat this?” I frowned, and asked out loud.

“You don’t have to really eat it – because it’s to feed your soul.” I heard the bird say, in my head. ”Eat it’s essence and your soul shall be nourished. Then you can leave the bread to physically nourish another creature.”

I was awed by that experience, and quite frankly, though it’s fifteen years later, I still feel the love.

Anyway, a couple of days ago I was driving home, drinking a Starbucks coffee and listening to old-school rock. The first thing I saw was a large billboard that had a huge eagle on it. Some company called eagle something or another. Within a few seconds Steve Miller Band’s song, Fly Like an Eagle came on. Just then, a truck passed me bearing a rear window covering of a huge American flag, with huge eagle off to the right – you’ve seen the type, I’m sure. As I arrived near my home, I saw - you guessed it – an eagle on a bumper sticker, but I can’t remember what the bumper sticker said, sorry. Four eagles in ten minutes.

Today I looked up what EAGLE teaches us, and guess what. I could’ve saved myself some grief. It was about great vision!! I got my license renewed today, and passed the vision test easily. Like I said, I could’ve stopped the stress a couple of days ago had I just tapped into the message when I got it.

Ghost Haunts Missouri Gym – Video

Is that the ghost of a recently dearly-departed, very enthusiastic gym member in this Missouri gym? Check out the video and form your own opinion.

Apparently, after hours, the motion detectors repeatedly went off at this Missouri gym – lucky for us, they had video monitors. Upon analyzing the video, security is obviously surprised to not see “anyone” but what they do see is a large orb floating around. I watched the video several times and have to say it seems to me as if the orb is moving intentionally, like it knows the place.

(I saw a link to this video at a bodybuilders site and some wisecracker made the hilarious observation that the orb moved about the gym like most people who go in there – wander around and around and not pick up any weights.)

Remember, ghosts like to absorb area energy in order to manifest – you know, rattle chains, say things like, “Get out,” pull hair, and send out cigar smells – and they can get this energy from batteries, electrical appliances, other people, etc.

The gym is a perfect place for a ghost to suck up energy. I’ll bet that gym will be having a hard time getting people to stay late by themselves from now on!! I’d love to work there for a few nights. Please visit both links – one is the news story, the other is pure video footage. Enjoy.

Alien Implants

I’m ready to share something scary with you…something I almost never talk about and I’m only doing it now because I feel it’s my duty. This particular experience that I’m going to share with you happened in the summer of 1999. I was at work sitting at the reception desk, talking to my then-partner, Julie. All of a sudden I was aware of being in another realm, and there was a “gray E. T.” standing in front of me.

He – I’ll call “it” he although I suppose it coulda been a she – anyway he looked just like the images of grays that you see everywhere. He was about four-five feet tall, large head, huge almond eyes, small, thin frame of a body. The most noticeable thing was his skin color – it wasn’t gray to me like the color gray – it was SILVER, like the hidden side of aluminum foil. You know, not the real mirror-shiny side of foil, the other side. The not-shiny side. But it was definitely silver.

The silver alien took my right hand, and made a slit-type incision into my palm, about two inches long. I’m not sure what he used as an incision tool, I didn’t see a knife, or razor, or anything metal. In fact I want to say he used his finger to do the cut. Like maybe he had fingernails that were operating tools. Into the slit he inserted a silver, metal ball – like a ball bearing. Then, like Jesus might do in a healing, he slid his palm across my palm, the slit healed immediately, he disappeared, and I was back at the desk across from Julie.

“Are you alright?” Julie asked me. I told her what had happened. I knew I could tell her, she’s pretty open-minded.

A few months later I came down with a serious, rare blood disorder, and almost died. Thank God, I didn’t but I have been reading that oftentimes these encounters are followed by illness – often of the auto-immune disorder type.

Sorry, got to go for now, but I’ll write more of my following encounters next time.

My Vote Is For Hillary. Here’s why…

We’ll get CHANGE with Hillary as well as with Obama, but I’d say Hillary’s strong point is her Experience, while Barak’s strong point is Oprah’s popularity. Now I appreciate Oprah as much as the next guy, but come on…

Our country is in big trouble. We’re in a war that doesn’t make sense. Our economy is screwed – and that’s an under-statement. Our dollar is so perversely undervalued that we dare not take our annual trip to Europe this year. I mean, even the Taj Mahal won’t accept our dollar – that’s how sad that is! We’ve been lied to by the government agencies that are in power – the presidency has taken czarist powers over the people.

We are a nation force-fed fear and hatred - each dealing with some degree of post-traumatic stress syndrome. You see it on our freeways, in our schools, in the tabloids, and at our borders.

The choices have come down to Obama, Clinton, John, and Mike. Here is how I feel about these choices, scariest to least scary…

John McCain – Oh my God. When I hear that man speak I have to hold back wet heaves. A vote for him is a vote for another 100 years in Iraq! Can you believe he actually said that!!!??? Sorry, but that is just plain ignorant. He may have been a great warrior back in the days when war was a “necessary” evil, but in today’s world where technology enables infinite possibilities for diplomatic solutions, he’s a dinosaur looking for fresh blood. Like a scratched up Beatles record, he’s stuck in the 60’s. I’m sure he’s a good man at heart (even though he has a maniacal rude steak in him – refusing eye contact with/sneering at Mitt Romney during the debates was pretty hateful.) I’d say volunteering for patient advocacy at a Veterans Hospital would be a good fit for him – NOT the Presidency.

Barak Obama - The word “Plagiarism” comes to mind. Anyone who has studied Bill Clinton’s speaking mannerisms can see that so has Obama. I’m willing to bet he has a video library filled with Bill giving speeches. He tries so very hard to be the former president, it’s kind of offensive. Other than that, and the fact that he does steal speech ideas from other politicians – I think when he finally grows up and gets comfortable with his own authentic style, he will make a fine president . However, at this time he is way too green to fill the Presidential shoes. Especially, in these extreme low times we find ourselves in. People, please wake up. We all want CHANGE, but we have to be thoughtful about it. The pendulum has destructively swung far to the right and we want CHANGE, I know, but is it righting the wrong to swing the pendulum all the way to the other extreme?? It never is. We need to get balanced. Back to balance should be the keyword of this election. We’ll get CHANGE with Hillary as well as with Obama, but I’d say Hillary’s strong point is her Experience, while Barak’s strong point is Oprah’s popularity. Now I love Oprah as much as the next guy, but come on… I also really hate that his wife is clearly an idiot: “For the first time I am finally proud of this country…” What the fuck???? What does she say about us behind our backs? Her true colors have been revealed. She is as much an asset to Obama as was John Kerry’s moronic wife.

Mike Huckabee – The guy is adorable, lovable, electable, real. I like Huckabee, too bad he’s had a slow comeuppance. I’d vote for him if I were republican. What are republicans thinking to vote McCain over Huckabee. Frightening to think that with everything that’s come out unjustifying the war on terror there are still so many war-mongers out there.

Hillary Clinton – I’m willing to bet that the people standing for Hillary are people who’ve watched and listened to the debates. I know this has to be true because Hillary’s plans, strengths, and wisdom far outweigh Obama’s stammering and circle-runarounds. Shit, I know people are voting for Obama because Oprah told her followers to vote for him and they are faithfully doing so. Look, I don’t think the country will go to hell in a handbasket if Obama wins, but it will be a much slower pace of healing our country than if Hillary wins. Let’s face facts, I have no problem with seeing Bill in the White House again. You see, when Bill was president, life was good. Damned good. Business was thriving - everyone’s phones were ringing off their hooks…Everyone had a hearty savings account, people made their mortgage payments on time, people were friendlier, freeways were cleaner, less road rage…Well, I don’t have the facts on those things but I do recall life seemed more secure. I, for one, don’t think 911 would’ve happened during Bill’s watch because the world LIKED us. Did foreign countrymen protest when Bill went to visit? No. They threw festivals. Hillary has good ideas, solid experience for making positive changes, and a husband who was one of the best Presidents we ever had as an asset. What could be better! As they say, “Two heads are better than one.” Seriously, time are really bad, and we need strong, courageous, proven leadership. I love Oprah – but I am not part of the Oprah herd. I think with my own brain. Make sure you do too.
