Oprah On Tainted Pet Foods

April 26, 2007 at 4:18 pm (Inner wisdom, menu foods, mind body spirit, oprah, spirituality, stress, tainted dog food)

I only got to watch like the last fifteen minutes or so of Oprah yesterday, but I’m glad I caught that much - though yes, I wish I’d gotten home in time to see the entire show. It was on dogs.

I didn’t know this until yesterday, but apparently her pretty girl Sophie has been diagnosed with kidney failure, and my heart and prayers go out for her. And I have to wonder, with kidney failure being the ultimate effect of these poisonous pet foods, whether it has anything to do with Sophie’s condition. Oprah didn’t specify the cause, but she proceeded to have a pet health expert, Dr. Marty Goldstein, address how to safely feed our doggy-babes in this time of commercial food crisis.

Sophie is under the care of Dr. Goldstein, and he said that dogs need meat, cooked or raw, because they are carnivores. Oprah showed us exactly what she feeds her canine-kids. In a bowl she put cooked lamb, brown rice, chopped cooked potatoes, and carrots. Then she proceeded to stick her hand in the mixture and mash up the potato! You gotta love it! I’m sure her pups do. Oprah alternates the lamb with chicken or beef.

So there you have it. Table scraps, table scraps, table scraps. It’s what I’ve been saying all along. Ban commercial pet foods and especially Menu Foods, until they get their shit together, and somehow make restitution for all the pain and suffering they’ve caused. In the meantime, set a placemat under the table for Fifi. Maybe even a permanent placemat.

God bless us all.

Latest on Menu Foods Tainted Dog Food

March 26, 2007 at 9:20 pm (Blogroll, Inner wisdom, mind body spirit, oprah, spirituality, stress, tainted dog food)

I am so sad to report the latest I have been reading about the REAL number of cats and dogs that have been affected by this tainted dog food. Menu foods, in their “precautionary recall” report 16 deaths, but according to the latest news reports there may be many, many more.

I have two beloved dogs and I am just horrified at thinking I could’ve fed them RAT POISON tainted dog food - which is possible because I buy their food from Walmart. Fortunately, I generally give them DRY food, which hasn’t been affected. (Menu Foods doesn’t do dry pet food.)

The following is an excerpt, but you can read the entire article by clicking the link below.

“…There are still questions about how many animals have died. With no national reporting system for animal injury or death, official numbers are impossible to come by.

However, data from the nation’s largest chain of pet hospitals, Banfield, suggest it is as high as hundreds a week during the three months the food was on the market.

During that time, the more than 600 Banfield hospitals in 43 states saw 200 to 250 cases of kidney failure in cats above the usual number that would have been expected, says Hugh Lewis, president of Data Savant, Banfield’s data collection arm.

During that period, Banfield vets saw 100,000 cats. Extrapolating to the entire cat population of the USA, that could mean “we’re probably talking several hundred cats a week across the country being affected,” Lewis says.

Another possible indicator is a database compiled by PetConnection.com. As of Sunday, owners reported 1,626 deceased pets - 941 cats and 685 dogs, says Gina Spadafori, one of the website’s writers.

She cautions that those figures were self-reported by pet owners and had not been confirmed by veterinarians. Menu Foods said on Friday it would compensate owners for their pets’ medical bills.

“To the extent that we identify that the cause of any expenses incurred are related to the food, Menu will take responsibility for that,” said Menu Foods chief executive Paul Henderson.

Despite some complaints by pet owners that animals have been sickened or died after eating dry food, FDA does not believe any dry food was involved in the contamination. Menu does not make dry pet food. “

Tainted Dog Food and SciFi Gripes

March 25, 2007 at 2:37 am (Blogroll, ghost hunters, hauntings, menu foods, sci-fi, stress, tainted dog food)

I have two gripes. Major issues that really irritate me these days.

1) Menu Foods. Ring a bell? They’re the F-ing company poisoning our beloved little pussNboots and fido-pets. Have you read their press release Dog Food Recall? http://www.menufoods.com/recall/Press_Recall_03162007.pdf

It really bites the big one. They call it a “precautionary” recall, even though 16 ( and they expect more) cats and dogs have died of kidney failure due to the RAT POISON found in their canned pet foods. In this Precautionary Recall, they mention that they pretty much decided to do the recall since their largest consumer (probably walmart) initiated their own recall of the Menu Foods products, AND furthermore put future orders from Menu Foods on hold. Bravo, Walmart - or whoever you are “largest consumer”!

I haven’t heard of any heartfelt apologies coming from the Menu Foods camp, have you? On the other hand, they seem rather cold, and reluctant to take responsibility. Well, duh. You ARE, Menu Foods, responsible for the suffering of AT LEAST 16 pets’s families. Have the decency to show some compassion. You suck and I ban you.

Click on link to their website for the list of recalled labels, (everything from Walmart’s OlRoy to Eukanuba, to IAMS, Etc):  http://www.menufoods.com/recall/product_dog.html

2) Sci-Fi. What’s up with no longer showing Ghost Hunters? I know they’re coming back, but I have had to suffer since…well, was it Halloween or thereabouts when their last new episode aired. They keep showing these rerun marathons, but it’s not the same. I’ve had to go through massive Jason and Grant withdrawals. Sci-Fi is really sucking, too. Wake up Sci-Fi, they’re the best thing going on your boring channel. AARghhh. AND Bring back DARK SHADOWS, it’s the least you can do.

Got to go. Thanks for listening to me rant.

Luv, Gina

Oprah’s The Secret Follow-Up Show

February 23, 2007 at 5:41 pm (Blogroll, Inner wisdom, mind body spirit, self-realization, spirituality, stress, unconscious)

I don’t know how many of you watched Oprah’s follow up show to The Secret…only two of the original panel guests returned to answer questions, and in my opinion they were the two who understood the Secret the least of all the original panel guests. I’m talking about James Arthur Ray(Arthur of the Science of Success) hereafter referred to as JAR, and the REV. Dr. Michael Beckwith (Founder of the Agape International Spiritual Center) hereafter referred to as REV.  I have to say I was probably most impressed by Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul guy) - hey Jack, how could you be too busy to make Oprah’s show, I wonder?

Anyway, Jar and Rev, while I’m sure they’re intelligent, evolved men, managed to take a fascinating premise and make it wholly drab and mundane. They pretty much kept repeating the same two commands - visualize it and act on it. Well DUH…I was not inspired.

JAR was really goofy. Some lady was having financial problems and his advice to her was - seriously, don’t get disgusted - his advice was “save, invest, cut back spending.” That’s about as life-changing as some guy saying , “Hey I invented the magic bullet for weight loss!” So Oprah has him on her show, and he says, “YOU CAN BE THIN - all you have to do is eat less, and get more exercise.” Wooo - big news there. Yeah right. (Well, I guess that’s about what Dr. Phil did in his weight loss book, eh. What a scam THAT was.)

Don’t get me wrong - I loved the first show on the secret. In fact, Jack had me get into action about changing my outlooks, and attitudes. Jack said things that were right on! He didn’t say, “Save, Invest, Cut back spending.” He would’ve said, I believe he would’ve said, “Change your vision of your relationship with money, and financial circumstances…make your vision so bright and colorful that you get emotional about it. Once we get emotional inside of new perceptions, we start recreating our thought patterns, and redefining what WE ARE LIKE….” Remember what all they said? THE SECRET is the Law of Attraction. The number one rule of that law is that LIKE attracts LIKE.

Awesome, ain’t it!

One last comment I have to Jar and Rev is that they should refrain from trying to define what GOD is in 100 words or less, and expect other people to convert. Apparently another lady was concerned that the secret may conflict with her Christianity. The Rev came up with some generic interpretation of who God is, and what He expects from us. She didn’t look convinced. Nor was I. His belief had nothing to do with hers. I would tell her, “Lady, God has given us many tools to live by. The law of attraction is a tool, just as genetics is a tool, as is astronomy, gardening, sewing, prayer, money, and everything else good.”

Here is one of several letters I got about my last “Secret” Blog - and my response:

Thank you so much for this explanation Gina.
I saw bits and pieces on CNN last night and have been searching the web for more information.  I am unemployed at the moment and can’t afford to purchase the DVD
so am trying to find answers without that purchase (although once I find a job I
will buy it).   I have been very discouraged in my job search and I now feel that I can go at it in a positive frame of mind instead of one that was becoming increasingly depressed. I am even applying today for a job that I don’t really have all of the background for, but know without a doubt that I can do.  I had decided not to apply, but……here I go!

Thanks again,

(Name withheld by me.)

Dear (NWBM),Thanks for commenting on my blog. I am glad I was able to provide further explanation of The Secret for you. It’s pretty powerful stuff, the Law of Attraction. Good luck on your job quest. Remember to envision yourself doing the kind of work you enjoy, have contribution for, and respect for, and fill those visions with a shower of green big money bills - and remember to say to yourself, “Yes, I CAN do this!” And believe that with all your soul!

And get detailed and colorful about the vision. Remember what Oprah’s Secret guests said, Everyone knows what they Don’t want, YOU have to envision what you DO want. Step up the way you’ve  been seeing things. Remember what I said about the car? If you generally picture a used run-of-the-mill Toyota, start picturing brand new, leather-smelling Jaguars instead. Make it a new habit.

So Envision yourself perfectly groomed (maybe a new hair cut, or hair color?), perfectly prepared, positively motivated to stun your employers with a motivated on-fire attitude, performance that screams recognition…get sensual about it - hear the office sounds, feel in your heart the detailed praise you get from work well done, smell the flowers on your desk, taste the healthy brown bag lunch you packed…become emotional about it. Emotion means passion and passionate people make life happen. Don’t just do it once - make a habit of it, a new, clearer way of seeing things.

May the Force be with you!

Hypnotically yours,

Gina Fox

That’s all I have to say about this for now. But hey dear Oprah, if you have another follow up, get Jack Canfield, please!

Here are some important listening instructions for those of you who have already purchased the CD and for those of you who are going to:

LISTENING TIPS

Listening Instructions:
1.) Put the CD into a player. Put your headphones on. Close your eyes.

2.) Listen and follow hypnotist’s instructions. There are suggestions at the end of the CD to return to full awareness, however you can bring yourself back up as needed.3.) Listen to your CD in a quiet, SAFE, comfortable place, where you can relax and not worry about someone barging in and causing a distraction.4.) SINCE LISTENING TO THE CD WILL PUT YOU INTO A VERY RELAXED, INTERNAL FOCUS, (AND YOUR EYES WILL BE CLOSED) NEVER LISTEN WHILE DRIVING A AUTOMOBILE, OR RESPONSIBLE FOR RUNNING HAZARDOUS EQUIPMENT, OR WHILE CARING FOR SMALL CHILDREN, OR DOING ANYTHNG THAT REQUIRES YOUR FULL FOCUS AND ATTENTION.5.) LISTEN TO YOUR CD EVERY DAY, AT LEAST ONCE. Commit to a time for daily listening. I personally find it works best for me around five in the afternoon. This is the time I generally get so hungry I could eat a bear. It’s a dangerous time because I try to keep dinner light, since I don’t engage in much activity after work. After I listen to my CD it calms my appetite, and I am satisfied with small portions. For others, they get the most benefit by listening to it in the morning, while others only find time at night. Some listen to it several times a day. That’s great!

6.) Check into this BLOG at least once a week for continued support. Together, with the aid of self-hypnosis, we’ll get fitter, and trimmer, with a self-confident, positive attitude to boot!
7.) If you have any additional questions or comments email me at: HYPNOPC@aol.com

My Journey
Thanks to hypnosis I’m 200 pounds thinner, and 200 times happier. I would like to share my story with you.
I was at the end of my rope when I decided to try hypnosis for weight loss. I was in a high stress social services job. I was extremely obese, addicted to ice cream and that’s a bad combination. My health was at risk. Needless to say, I was miserable.I wanted to lose weight, but I didn’t want to do pills, or surgery. I was burned out on dieting, and knew from experience that diets were not my long-term answer. What excited me about hypnosis is how I would be changing from the inside out.And the changes occurred from the very beginning. I literally started craving healthy foods. I lost ten pounds my first week. As my energy level increased, I joined a gym, and actually found myself getting excited about exercise. I had always loved the beauty of belly dancing so I signed up to take some classes!

I’ve started hiking and am able to play basketball with friends. I love going to the gym at least 3 times a week. I’m active, my body is energetic, my mind is clearer, sharper. My self-confidence has improved drastically. I feel physically stronger than ever.
When people see my “before” pictures they ask, “Is that your mother?” I have to laugh. My mom wouldn’t laugh though. She keeps her weight in a healthy range and always has.Yes, I used hypnosis to overcome my own compulsive overeating, and obsession with food. I’ve lost nearly 200 pounds, but more important than that, for the first time in my life I know the changes are permanent. My weight loss hasn’t been speedy, but it has been consistent and healthy. If you have a weight problem or have been struggling with bad eating habits, what was good news for me, can be good news for you, too.Your Journey
I know that from where you stand, it might be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It has been suggested that curing cancer is easier than curing obesity. If you have been struggling with poor eating habits for awhile, then you’ve probably tried various methods to get resolve, only to find lasting results elusive.

Historically it’s understandable. Traditional methods of weight loss demand a person go on a deprivation diet, which no one likes. And while some people may stay on it long enough to lose the weight, they have done nothing about their weight problem but get smaller. The actual problem part - you know, the bad eating habits, and sedentary lifestyle - almost always remains behind, rearing its ugly head almost immediately after the person stops doing whatever weird things they were doing to lose the weight.

And as you probably know, just like a horsefly almost always lands back on the nag after a tail swat, so does the lost weight almost always return to the poor dieter.

If you’ve been seeking a key to weight loss, most probably my hypnosis CDs will not only open the door, but encourage you to step through and into a world of weight loss success. Together, we’ll run in that world!

Yours truly,

Case Study in Hypnosis

August 11, 2006 at 12:36 am (Blogroll, Inner wisdom, hypnosis, hypnosis case study, mind body spirit, self-realization, stress, unconscious, weight loss cds)

Hello Again!   Every now and then I’ll share some “cases” with you. Here’s one I thought was significant. And for those of you who’ve asked I finally put my CDs on Ebay!>>>>> The Case <<<<<

A 38 year old lady (whom we’ll call Hilda) phoned me with a burning question - which I’ll get to later. Hilda is suffering a dilemma common to many of us in the quest for ideal weight - Fear of Failure. She is currently in Weight Watchers for her third time. The first time with WW she lost forty pounds, and kept it off for ten years. Unfortunately, over said years The Lost Forty has crept back like a lichen, until her body is covered with it again, plus an additional ”finder’s fee” forty, leading her to where she is present day, at 220.

Between then and now Hilda’s tried Weight Watchers a second time (lost seven pounds before giving up), Jenny Craig (lost twenty pounds on that before giving up), and Atkins on and off (losing and re-finding several pounds on that, finally realizing that diet could never be more to her than a part-time lover), and she’s back to WW.

So far with WW she’s lost five pounds but she’s really struggling with sticking to the plan. She’s afraid she’s going to cheat and lose all willpower, and that she’ll end up another six months/ten pounds heavier before making another attempt. She’s exhausted - frustrated with the roller coaster.

Her question to me was : Would listening to a self-hypnosis cd for weight loss help her stick-to-it-ive-ness?

>>>>>  My Recommendation <<<<<

Yes, yes, yes. Yes. Yes. A good hypnotic Cd can definitely enhance a well-balanced weight loss program, such as Weight Watchers.  In fact, many university studies are concluding that for weight reduction success, hypnosis and a good weight loss program is a combination that can’t be beat. Participants that did BOTH hypnosis AND a weight loss program lost more weight, and kept it off longer than people who only did the program. That’s pretty much a duh! when you consider the power of the two components working together.

Daily listening to a good CD gets her all this:

Changes occur from the inside =>Out

Emotional (self) support

Increased focus and commitment,

Positive reinforcement,

Unconscious programming for permanent changes.

A well-balanced weight loss program (which WW is) gets her all this:

Changes occur from the outside => In

Group support

Nutritional guidelines

Accountability

Behavioral structure

All that said, she invested in several of my CDs. (She’d come to my group classes if she could however she lives in Arizona and that’s an unreasonable commute!) The CD I recommended she begin with is called: 3 Easy Steps to Weight Loss. It’s main focus is diminishing the yo-yoing effects on her system and psyche, so she can renew faith in herself, her potential, her future. The following is a brief description of the CD I told her to start with and listen to exclusively - once a day, for thirty days, while staying on her WW program:
Title - Weight Loss in 3 Easy Steps
Track 1 - Focus (10 minutes). Finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. This brief session sharpens the mind for renewed commitment. Gets you excited about staying the course. Ideal for lunch-break refresher.Track 2 - Taking the Steps (20 minutes). Excellent for the stress/emotional overeater. Perfect for the ex-yo-yoer. In the relaxed state, finally let go of frustrations over past weight loss failures. Find yourself super-focused on your weight reduction goals of today, becoming increasingly super-charged about sticking to the weight reduction plan. Listen 1-3 times daily for thirty days.

If you’re interested in implementing the power of self-hypnosis CDs into your weight reduction strategy and want to invest in this one you can very conveniently visit this Ebay link and order it: http://cgi.ebay.com/SELF-HYPNOSIS-CD-D-I-Y-WEIGHT-LOSS-IN-3-EASY-STEPS_W0QQitemZ190019059335QQihZ009QQcategoryZ72884QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Let me know if you order it so I can assist you in any way I can - via email if necessary!  In the meantime I’ll let you know about Hilda’s successes as I hear from her!

Till Soon, Gina

Casper was a Friendly Ghost, But his Uncles tried to Kill People…

July 26, 2006 at 10:12 pm (Blogroll, Sylvia Brown, TAPS, demons, ghost hunting, ghosts, hauntings, mind body spirit, spirituality, stress)

Montel Williams + Wednesdays = Sylvia Brown. When possible I watch, because I love some of her ideas. I think that where Past Lives is concerned, Sylvia is spot on target. However, I’ve heard her say repeatedly, “Honey, ghosts can’t hurt you.” I don’t agree with her about that. Not at all.Take Ghost Hunters for example. It has turned out to a very popular show, and reasonably so. Jason and Grant are personable, logical, next-door neighbor type guys, with seemingly good common sense. They’ve paired the unexplainable, with scientific technology, so they can conscientiously debunk unfounded sightings when possible. They go for undeniable evidence and their videos catch a lot of paranormal events, such as chairs sliding across floors, water glasses breaking, closet doors opening and closing, crew member getting smacked in the face - all  by unseen forces. If you’re interested in these kinds of things you gotta love it! At the same time, you’re alerted to a certain level of danger present in ghost hunting.

Sorry Sylvia, but If a ghost can physically open a closet door, and slide a chair across the room, then it makes sense to me that a ghost can make physical contact with a person. And if a ghost can make physical contact with a person, and if they’re in a horrible mood because you look a little like the drunk driver that smeared them across a highway eight years ago, well you shouldn’t be surprised if you get physically contacted in an unseen-fist-in-your-face kinda way. Just like what happened to that guy in Ghost-Hunters who got bagged upside his jaw by some unseen force, landing him painfully on his back.  This stuff happens!

Worse than this, as I mentioned in a former post, I think long term contact with ghosts can lead to illness and eventually even death. I know you must be thinking I’m pulling this out of my arse, but think about it. We all know ghosts can influence our electrical appliances. You know, change radio stations, turn lights on and off, make our computers go haywire, phones ring and no one is there, drain batteries from our cameras and recorders. That actually happened to me. I invited my ghost hunters group up to my haunted office to investigate. They strategically set up several video cameras, and recorders, which they left overnight. In the morning they came to pick everything up. Upon inspection, they found that each instrument had recorded for approximately twenty seconds before running out of juice. Each one was drained of batteries, even though they had purposely installed each with new batteries. But that’s not big news. Everyone familiar with ghost investigations knows batteries going dead is a pretty common occurrence.

Well, ask yourself this, if ghosts can drain batteries of their electrical supply, can they also drain humans of theirs? You know, tap into the aura and suck away at our energy levels. For many of you, you may be strong enough to carry a spiritual, energetic parasite of this sort. But what if you’re in a spiritually and emotionally vulnerable state - and who doesn’t get that way from time to time? Might the constant strain drive you to negative thinking or worse, mental illness? What if you’re immune system is suppressed, because of age, stress, illness, or medications? Might the persistent drain cause you to suffer more frequent illness, a faster decline? I think it’s not only possible - it’s probable.

But that’s not to say all invisible influences are toxic and negative. I believe we are also surrounded by angelic, healing spirit workers. The problem is, as we’ve all heard a million times, is not knowing which energies are within influencing distance. And of course, (probably) not ALL energies can move chairs, and open doors, and ring phones (though I have to add here that while composing this letter to you’all the phone has mysteriously rung seven or eight times and when I answered it all I got was dial tone…) but the ones that can, and do, though few and far between, can sock you in the jaw if they are so moved.

Confession time. I have been slapped in the face by unseen forces  - twice.  If you watch Ghost Hunters you know Grant has also been slapped in the face (once as far as I know), so I’m not the only one. It’s no fun, and I wasn’t even looking for ghosts either time. The first time I was laying in bed, and whammmm-slap, across the right cheek. It was a physical, audible slap. The sting lasted for several minutes.  I looked around but there was no one nearby to blame except my ex-husband who was in another room at the time.

The second time, I was in my car, alone, at a red traffic light. (My phone just rang again - just one ring. I called my mom and asked her to call me back to make sure my phone is in working order. She did. The call came through. Service is good. This is weird because: A) It’s a business phone. B) It’s never happened before so many times. And, C) I am writing this.)

Anyway - to continue - I’m alone in my car, and I get slapped again! Same cheek. The only other person nearby is a girl stopped at the light beside me in another car. So Sylvia Brown, I KNOW ghosts can “hurt” people.

Of course, then we get into, is it a ghost, or is it a demon slapping and hurting people? Well, I can’t answer that with certainty. Does it matter? My guess is, it’s a demon. But, I also guess that sometimes demons hang out in places where we might seek ghosts, and how will we really tell the difference? A slap is a slap. A sock in the jaw is what it is. Energy drain is weakening to some degree, whether or not it is immediately noticed.

The show Ghost Hunters has fathered many new ghost hunting groups. I used to belong to a good one. The members were genuine, experienced ghost hunters. But sadly, life got in the way and we dismembered. A few months ago I tried a new one - A VERY NEW ONE. There were about 20 of us, and unfortunately for me, though most of the others claimed a healthy curiosity about the paranormal since childhood, and had “felt” weird things, none (including the group leader) had ever really experienced anything solid. Though I felt the new group was sincere in their quest, they were too green for me, so it was my first and last meeting with them. For a few minutes I thought about forming my own group, with people I know, but a halting thought rolled around my brain: maybe ghost hunting posed potential trouble I don’t need at the moment.

This is PART I - The Uncles. I will continue with PART II - Casper, next time!

Till then,

Gina Fox

Time to Nourish Spirit.

July 15, 2006 at 7:21 pm (Blogroll, God, Inner wisdom, goddess, mind body spirit, religion, self-realization, spirituality, stress)

Elevated terror alerts. War in the Middle East. Rising gasoline prices. Sinking stock market. Global warming. Immigration tensions. Republican versus Democrat. I could go on and on and on, but I think you get the picture. There’s much stress and conflict in our worlds today, both at the global level, and individually.

Logically, research substantiates that stress is an undeniable factor in illness and injury. That makes it more than important, crucial actually, to take time to nourish not only mind and body, but also spirit.

What is spirit? Many things I’m sure. There are facets to spirit that stretch beyond word definability. That said, allow me to attempt a meager description. Spirit is the part of us which possesses more information than what we are conscious of. Spirit sources our heartfelt emotion, and creative imagination. It’s our potential for higher wisdom. Spirit resides in our hearts, in our gut, in our DNA. Spirit storehouses memory of our births, childhoods, our past lives, and the in-between lives places. Spirit co-authored the blueprint for our life’s purpose. Spirit gives human the will to survive horrors like Nazi camps, and tax audits.

Individual spirits connect directly to the Great Creator spirit, God. Remember this: Human is only as strong as his/her connection to spirit.

Each human is composed of three elements: mind, body and spirit. Just as one has to keep feeding and exercising the mind and body in order to keep sharp, fit, agile, and beautiful, one also must feed and exercise the spirit.

Just as there are athletic gyms, vitamin supplements, books and schools for the mind and body, the spirit also has “workout” equipment. Luckily for us, God has provided us with a wide variety of powerful tools to choose from. For some, it’s going to Catholic Church every Sunday morning. For others it’s Temple, or Synagogue, or Mosque, or a circle of stones, or retreating into Nature.

I have delved into various religions, and have to say I deeply respect all of them that bring love, peace of mind, kindness, humanity, self-realization, self-worth, and goodness to the person, their home, and the world.

If you aren’t a temple goer, I invite you to discover your inner temple and fortify yourself through strengthening your connection to the source of…well, The Source, period. You’ll be a far advantaged participant in this thing called life, in the face of all our worldly challenges.

Till soon!

Love, and Peace. ~ Gina
